What is the price for a wedding at Magnolia Village?
Pricing is based on the packages and options you choose. Please see the Wedding Package inserts for information on pricing and what is included in each package, or contact Julian Harbehband firstname.lastname@example.org or 615.947.4985.
Is there a backup plan in the event of inclement weather?
Yes, we have the ability to convert the Cocktail Stables to a ceremony site.
Is the Reception Barn climate-controlled?
No. Roll-up doors and ceiling fans serve for ventilation and cooling. Propane heaters are also available for rent.
How many guests can be accommodated?
The package pricing is for up to 200 guests. If more than 200 guests are expected, we can discuss that option and the pricing.
Are tables and chairs available?
Yes tables and chairs are provided.
Can outside vendors be brought in?
Yes, even though we suggest you consult our list of recommended vendors, you may choose to bring in someone else. Any caterer, bartender, photographer, etc., must provide their own liability insurance.
Can I bring in my own alcoholic beverages?
Yes, you can bring in alcohol if distributed by a licensed bar tender.
What is the smoking policy?
Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. There is no smoking in any of the guest houses or rental buildings.
What is the cancellation policy?
The deposit is non-refundable for the protection of both the renter and the venue. There is a date-change policy that allows for one date change if needed.
Can anything be tossed at the bride/groom as they depart?
No, Magnolia Village is a working farm and does not allow rice, birdseed, glitter, etc., to be tossed. Also we do not allow fireworks of any kind.
